When i say double sided i mean theres a divider inbetween and an opening on both sides for cards. Exactly what i wanted and will purchase again.

These TiopLior 9-pocket pages (18 pocket, really, since they have 9 more pockets on the back) are a good way to keep track of your less expensive, duplicate trading or playing cards. The material is clear, but very light weight. To me, the weight is comparable to the 3-mil page protectors. I wish the seller would post the actual weight in the description.Size-wise, they are a perfect fit for Pokemon cards. I took some cards from a starter set and inserted them in the pockets to check. They fit just fine (see 2nd and 3rd photos). They also fit Poker-sized playing cards fine, too (4th photo). I know that there are some playing card protectors out there, so this might be an inexpensive way to keep your dupes handy.The pages are punched for 11 holes, which should accommodate most any binder you happen to run across. I only needed three holes for the letter-sized binder I have (3rd and 4th photos). I would be careful with the pages in a binder, however, as the holes appear to be punched, not melted, which could result in some possibility of the holes tearing with rough handling.These are priced right for the 40 pages you get, capable of holding up to 720 cards.

These TiopLior sheet protectors did well for getting some of my loose cards into protection. They are nice and clear. The cards go in and out easily. The sheets are not very thick though.
