I have enjoyed this step for exercise, and i can also use it for an incline or stretching. It is very sturdy, i feel safe while doing my step exercises.It is very nice to have the ability to raise the step up with the height adjustments provided.It is very easy to store and take with me if I’m working out at my sisters house.

Excellent, gym quality step set. Very sturdy risers. Very slip resistant tread on step. Very safe for complicated or simple step routinex.

This was exactly what I expected. It tucks away easily and supports my weight comfortably when I'm following step routines. This was a good buy for sure!

This step appears to be the same size and quality that was used in the fitness center (beware, many steps offerred for sale are much smaller and not suitable for step aerobics). It has been great for attending Zoom Step classes from home. or the many classes on YouTube. Great way to keep moving.
