I took a chance that I could make this work for the 6.2L L86 in my 2017 GMC Yukon XL Denali, and it only took a simple modification to make it work. The previous LS motors used an oil cap with a single pin to engage the oil cap, and this angle adaptor was built for this single pin style. The L86 uses two pins, and the cap side of this adaptor only has one pin, but the original 2 pin cap fits great, as it is an o-ring seal and the diameter is exactly the same.To make this adapter fit on the engine, I used a utility knife to trim some of the plastic on the engine side of the adaptor to allow for the second pin. You could also trim off the second pin on the plastic piece on the engine, but I wanted to leave that intact.

I have bought a number of different funnels, funnel replacements, attachments that go on to liter bottles of oil... they've all been a total disaster. This ~$5 part plus a few minutes with a metal file got me exactly what I needed! I now have a near-vertical, very stable spot in which to place a funnel for topping off, or for refilling during an oil change. To be clear, I do NOT intend to keep it installed permanently, or while the enigne is running, I will only use it when adding oil.

Very well made and with a little modification, works for my application. Very happy with it so far. I now have an oil filler neck for my 2014 Silverado with the 5.3.This part is made for a valve cover with one locater in the valve cover. It has to be modified so it will work with the two locater valve cover of 14-18 Silverado. You can mod it with a Dremel type tool in about 5 minutes and it will work in the valve cover.

I bought this Oil Filler Tube for my 2017 Camaro with LT1 engine because the oil fill is at an difficult angle for a funnel to fill after an oil change. Specially if you use 5 qt containers as I do. As others mentioned you need to modify it to fit the LT1 valve cover. There are 2 notches that have to be made on the fill tube to go onto the valve cover fill hole. If you look into the oil fill hole on your valve cover you will see 2 tabs. You need to cut 2 spaces out on the side of the tube to match the locations of those 2 tabs so it will fit. I used wire cutters to cut the the plastic out from the tube. This will only be used to add oil and is not intended to be permanent.
