Your DARYOU camera comes with everything you need for a flawless addition to your clinic. Conveniently take and save pictures directly in your existing imaging software. Simply install our exclusive DARYOU Button Driver to fully link your camera and practice. UNLIMITED button driver licenses per camera are included. Your package also includes DARYOU’s own image library software so you can take, store, compare and print pictures using just your camera! Simply plug-in and go!
Attention:Camera is NOT waterproof and cannot be wiped. Sheath MUST be used. Otherwise, it get either foggy or burnt. One side of sheath is NOT clear,make sure put on correctly. You may NOT see picture via this camera after upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 10,DARYOU will help.
In order to make capture button work and get your licenses, you MUST install our software. Follow the "Software Installation" on the yellow paper in your camera box to install. Camera can be seamlessly integrated into bellow software.

Please note, if your imaging software is not listed, DARYOU Button Driver is not supported. You will be unable to take and store in your existing software. You can take and store images with your DARYOU image library software only. Compatible with Windows. Not compatible with Mac.

How to get the licenses and integrate this camera into your imaging software?
There is a yellow paper in the camera box. Follow the "Software installation" section to finish ALL the Steps. During installation, you will see your Registration ID. Then send us your Registration ID and your Amazon Order ID(Order number) to get your licenses.
You need to do the installation on each computer
Note: The license is NOT in the camera box.
You need to log in your Amazon to find your Amazon Order ID
Each camera come with UNLIMITED licenses which allow you to activate AS MANY computers AS you want. The license is for computer, NOT for camera. Once a computer is activated, you can use any DARYOU camera on it.
If you have activated a computer before and you just bought a new camera, simply plug in computer to use. No need to reactivate the computer

1. I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and now the camera video is not showing - This happens sometimes after a Windows update. Daryou will fix this for you.
2. ‘Device not recognized’ pops up when plugging my camera into the computer - Some old computers' USB port is not compatible with your camera. Try a different USB port on your computer or a different computer. You can also try another USB cable from another camera if you have more than one DARYOU camera. If the problem persists, DARYOU will help you.
3. There is live video in Dexis and Eaglesoft but my camera’s capture button can’t take pictures in there - Simply install your button driver that is included in your integration package. This button driver will allow you to take pictures within your imaging software. There is a yellow guide inside your Daryou package with button driver installation instructions.
4. My video looks slow-motion and choppy in Eaglesoft or Dexis - Use the DARYOU Twain driver to fix this. Instructions are included on the yellow guide inside your camera box. If you need further assistance, DARYOU will help you.
5. I don’t see live video after integrating into Dexis or Eaglesoft - This can be fixed by changing some settings in DEXIS/Eaglesoft. Dexis. DARYOU will help you.
6. How can I keep my camera picture crystal clear? - Please use the protective hygienic sheaths included in your package. Your camera is not waterproof. Please refrain from wiping the camera lens with any chemicals. This may make your lens foggy. To safely clean your camera, gently wipe the handle with a soft damp cloth.
7. My camera was clear but has turned foggy - This camera is not waterproof and water inside the lens will fog up your picture. Please use the hygienic sheaths provided for your camera to keep your lens water-free. Please note, we are not responsible if water damage occurs. To fix this, try gently cleaning the lens with a soft cloth and glasses cleaner. If this doesn’t work for you please contact DARYOU for help.
8. There is a small black dot or line on my pictures - This is caused by a small dust on the lens. To fix, simply tap one side of the camera head firmly against the palm of your hand. The dust dot should go away. If the dust is still there, leave the camera in a dry location for 2 hours and try tapping again. If this doesn’t work, DARYOU will help you.
9. My picture looks blurry after putting on the protective sheath - Your sheaths are clear on one side. Please ensure the clear side is towards the camera lens for beautiful crisp pictures.
10. I received a defective camera - DARYOU will replace for you

I bought one of these in 2022 and recently purchased another. Great image quality and it works well with Romexis. Instructions for installation, software download and license key for installation is pretty straightforward. Good price point compared to what dental supply companies offer.

My previous office ordered this camera as supplement camera for our opertories. We found it took better images compared to the Schick camera! It was not hard to set up, taking a picture is VERY easy. I am very happy with this product that I bought one for my new office.

I have been a dental office manager for over 40 years. There is nothing better than a good intraoral photo of a tooth or teeth to get an insurance claim paid. A picture is worth 1000 words! We use Dentrix 6.0 and Dexis 9.0. We received our new Daryou - BY-50 USB intraoral camera today. I had read all the reviews and decided we had nothing to lose except a huge old Accucam camera and a wobbly cart that we roll it around on. I plugged in the camera without loading the software into one workstation followed by the USB foot pedal for Dexis. The installation could not have been easier. The camera is extremely light weight, fits easily into the mouth and has a nice focal range. One press of the foot pedal to take the picture, one press to save the picture and one press to take another photo. That is all there is to it!. When you are in your Dexis software, you can click on the "Dexis" word on the right side of the screen, Click on preferences and under the capture device, select automatic. The photos are excellent and will definitely provide excellent documentation for treatment. We have already order two more camera's and foot pedals for our other two treatment rooms. Oh and by the way, did mention the doctor loves this camera, too!

The value of this camera blows my mind. I recently bought a dental practice and wanted to bring in intraoral cameras to use for patient education and treatment planning. I had my local dental supply rep come in and show me the options. He showed me 2 options: 1 "cheap" camera for $3200 and 1 "cadillac" version for $5000. Feeling discouraged I began researching online and thought I'd give the Daryou DY-50 a try. I wasn't able to get it installed and working myself on PracticeWorks so I had our IT guy come in and set it up for me. Relatively simple to use and very good, crisp pictures. The capture button wouldn't freeze the picture but all we have to do is hit the power button and then the picture is saved. The auto-focus works very well and I don't have to fumble around trying to focus the picture as I have in the past with the expensive cameras. The detail and clarity of the photos are better than a camera I had in the past that was $2000. The quality and price of this camera is amazing. The pictures are even crystal clear with the form fitting cover sheaths provided which I've never been able to use on expensive cameras before without blurring the picture. Even if my IT guy's bill comes back at $100 this is one of the best investments I've ever made in a dental practice.

Purchased for a dental office near St. Louis, MO and have it hooked into OneView which is an Apteryx imaging program. This thing takes great pictures and I brag about it to anyone who listens. Takes much better pictures than our dated but very much expensive Gendex intraoral cameras which send video through an s-video cable into a usb converter. This thing is so simple - install the driver on each computer and plug it in as you need it. we ended up buying a second one we liked it so much. A fellow colleague who went to dental school with me also purchased two for his office as well. (Found out cause he called me to brag about them, coincidentally I had just purchased the one a few weeks before). My only complaint is the capture button does not work for my software so someone has to hit the space bar or you can buy a foot pedal. I would not think it would be difficult to have a service that runs which applies a key stroke that you can assign to the capture button. Seems minor, but it really should be able to work. It does not seem to me to be worth the cost to purchase a foot pedal for each room not to mention the annoyance of another thing to clog up the floor at my feet. If you are dental office, you can afford to give it a try - I will bet you buy another.

We purchase a lot of these because they just work. fairly easy to install. Sometimes it takes a tweak or two in the PM software to make the capture button work but not a big deal. Their support folks are typically right there to help. We'll keep buying these.
