As you can see from the picture, it's about 6 inches taller than a standard kitchen trash bag. I wanted a multi-purpose bag and this is it. The flat bottom is better than the usual crimped bottoms on trash bags if you want to store away blankets or clothing or anything flat. The plastic isn't perfectly transparent, it looks milky when it's folded, but it's easy enough to see through one layer. Better yet, it's thick and strong and the crispy kind of plastic that doesn't stick to itself so there's no frustration getting it open. Just what I was hoping for: an all-around useful sturdy plastic bag.

These are well-built and sturdy trash bags that I used to pick up debris in our urban neighborhood. They are opaque, not clear. However, I can still clearly see what’s in the bag. There were not twist ties included (I didn’t expect there to be, just confirming what others have noted in their reviews). as with other reviewer‘s, the box arrived badly damaged — the bags were dangerously close to slipping out. All in all I’m happy with these. They are larger and sturdier than standard 13 gallon kitchen trash bags and perfect for my purposes.

These are defective. The bottom of the bag does not open as wide as the top or the sides it's only about 4 in wide at the bottom. And the bags are not clear.Very disappointing from this company as we've always gotten good quality before this order.

These are great quality! They are nice and thick and there have been no accidental bag rips with these! I just wish they came in a roll.

Nice and heavy. Not as large as a trashcan liner. I wanted something for storage that I could see-through. These are opaque. You can see-through somewhat, but not enough. Miss not having pull tie or handle.
