Your cart is empty.The PowerMadd Oil Sleeve is designed to stop oil from leaking out of the oil cap due to a warped reservoir neck. The Oil Sleeve installs easily into place. Slight heating of the reservoir neck with a heat gun may be required to install the Oil Sleeve. It fits: Ski Doo XP, Rev, ZX, CK, F and S chassis; Arctic Cat Crossfire, M-Series and Sno Pro Chassis; Polaris Edge, IQ, RMK, SKS, Switchback, Rush, Indy, Fusion, Evolved and Aggressive Chassis.

Worked perfectly on my Polaris Indy XC 129 oil tank. The tank leaked because a portion of the plastic sealing lip at the top of the threads was very thin and deformed a bit (defective part in my opinion). The sleeve slid right in (no heating required) to the hole in the plastic tank. Sealed up to the oil cap tight and no more leak.

Fit perfect on my 2014 Freeride 800 ETEC. Would recommend. I had purchased one off ebay and the machining was terrible.

I have a great deal of appreciation for a vendor that identifies an issue and answers it with a new product. The tank was leaking on both of my snowmobiles and this solved the problem at a fraction of the price it would have cost to replace the tanks. It was a tight fit to insert, but the install instructions mention heating the opening of the tank with a heat gun or hair dryer and this made the install WAY easier. I have already recommended it to a friend who purchased 2.

Placed into a 2015 Summit 800r. Functions as intended, doesn't leak and has stopped my oil reservoir from deforming. Sometimes it pulls the o-ring out of the cap when i take the cap off but not often, and its easy to push back in.Per the recommendation of others i used a hair dry and it dropped right in, didn't have to force it at all.

I have a 2012 800r etec that was always leaking oil like crazy when running the trails. A buddy told me about this and how it fixes the oil reservoir neck from being egg shaped or warped. This slipped right into the neck and made the neck round again. Since then, the sled has not leaked a drop of oil. I highly recommend this for all snowmobiles new or old. It is a must have!

I used this in my 2009 Ski doo renegade. It worked great. I had to heat the plastic up on the resevoir and then this bad boy slid right in and created a great seal. No more oil leaks

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do but I found the o-ring in the cap would not seat properly and it still leaked but for a different reason. I ordered two different oils caps to see if one would seal better.

Helped fix an oil leak from the oil reservoir. The opening was distorted and this helped return it to shape, cap seals perfectly now.

Worked great but had hard time getting in place used a block of wood and tapped in. My spout was shaped like an egg no wonder was leaking. But this sleeve did the trick
