This item is amazing! You do need to know how to take care of the chemicals and things like that, but the tub itself is really durable. We bought the 4-6 person one and the only complaint (hence 4 stars instead of 5) is that it would not really fit 4-6 adults, maybe 3 comfortably.

Waited a little while to review as I wanted to see how it would hold up and I have to say I'm pleased. Looks great after several months of use. Highly recommended.

Lots of research and review reads encouraged a pad for an inflated hot tub to help with not getting the bottom damaged or punctured and because you sit at the bottom of the tub it's a bit harder on the butt. My husband sat in the inflated tub without water and said it was comfortable.

Arrived with a hole but it does come with patches. Took a full day to heat and there’s no secondary blow up top like a lot have that keep it insulated better. But is holding up so far and bubbles well
