hoped it would be! Having owned a few different small double-walled glasses for my morning & evening espressos, I’ve been looking for a glass that was more substantial & less delicate than those I’ve had before. I’m thrilled to report these are perfect for me! They’re wonderfully light, are double-walled to keep my drink warm when I get distracted & yet, both the handle & body are made of the thickest glass that I’ve come across! When I hold it in my hand, I don’t constantly think I might break it.It also feels sturdy & stable thanks to the well designed base. Another big problem I’ve had with espresso glasses is almost all have rounded bottoms, so even a slight bump can send it toppling over like a weeble wobble (Google it, lol). Nothing is worse in the morning, after spending the time crafting a great quad shot, than to see it all go to waste because of one careless movement! Not to worry with this glass.The only criticism I have is really just me nitpicking & won’t matter to most. Since the sides are sloped, instead of straight, the crema really thins out as the glass fills.

UPDATED:I posted too soon, and encourage anyone with any issue with their order to reach out to the manufacturer to discuss. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a very sincere and thoughtful letter from Mike today with a new set of these lovely glasses. Nothing beats a company that stands by their product and ensures a satisfied customer. Thank you!Beautiful design, they really showcase the creamy espresso coming out of the maker. Great weight when filled and tipping to sip a hot beverage. Accidentally bumped it against the side of an aluminum frying pan when handwashing it and a thumb-sized piece of the glass cracked right off on my 1st use. Broke one the first time I used it. I expected them to be a bit more durable. In progress of testing the longevity of 2nd one.

I bought a new expresso maker and needed some expresso mugs. I ordered this set of 5 oz double walled glass (not plastic) expresso mugs from JoyJolt on Amazon. I was very impressed by the quality AND price. They are excellent! Also very attractive and classy looking. Customer service is some of the best I’ve ever seen. Got a personalized email from JoyJolt before I even received the mugs thanking me and saying if I had ANY problems to let them know and they would make it right. Packaging was awesome with a box within a box along with bubble wrap. Great job JoyJolt, and a great product at a great price. I’m ordering another set!

Just right for the size for a Latte. Packaged well, arrived in great condition. Nice looking and great for holding the heat in the drink. But one of the two 10oz glasses now has cracks around were the handle attaches to the cup. No cracks are on the inner glass but now I just cannot trust it. Too bad I have both 5 oz & 10 oz sets and I really liked them. None have ever been in the dishwasher I do not know why the crack appeared. I have not been able to find out if there is any warranty either. 2/25/2019 JoyJolt has sent me a message and they will take care of me, and they are sending a replacement 10 oz. glass.

Ended up purchasing the De'Longhi glasses for the espresso, cappuccino and latte glasses. Love the De'Longhi glasses, they’re a little pricey but well worth it.

These small mugs look very nice and actually keep the espresso insulated.Lightweight, I feel they are more fragile then a single wall glass mug, but let's wait and see.

We’ve only had these cups for a few days, so I haven’t included a durability rating.... but....I’m calling these the Goldilocks cups because my husband, who has Parkinson’s, has many issues that make simply drinking a cup of coffee more difficult than one might imagine. 1) he is very sensitive to temperature on his hands, and the insulated double wall of this cup makes this a perfect solution. 2) he has pretty severe weakness in his hands, so the handle needs to be just the right size and shape so he doesn’t have to grip much to lift this cup. This handle is perfect for him. 3) he has limited mobility/stiffness in his arms, so the weight of a coffee cup becomes an issue. This cup is lightweight! 4) he has difficulty tipping a glass or cup up high enough to drink the entire cup. This cup is tapered, making it much easier for him drink the entire contents (good, because this cup doesn’t hold a lot, but it’s the perfect amount for him). In short, this cup is “juuuuuussstt right”.

I was looking for a double wall coffee cup for a newly purchased Nespresso maker and this was it. I LOVE the conical interior design and handle. It was just what I needed and went through the dishwasher like a champ.

Nice looking cup; the quality is good too. Feel a bit light and maybe element of plasticky, but not a problem otherwise. Like the size and easy to hold and make your fav drinks. Overall happy with the product.
