Note that the user photos of round disks do not match up with what I received, which are smaller and more oblong shaped. I believe this is because Leisure Time has changed the shape of the product rather than because the seller sent the wrong shape.In the last couple of years, whenever I order these they seem to come in an oblong shape rather than the thick, round, feeder-shaped disks that I used to get. I found one site that refers to these as the "football" shape and stated that Leisure Time changed the shape because it supposedly works "better" for some reason.I would much prefer the original disk shape because it sits neatly in the floater and allows a new tablet to drop down neatly into place once the old one dissolves. The new ones do not fit nearly as well and get jammed up near the top of the floater rather than smoothly falling into place. You can take the floater out and bang on it, but that mostly just causes the jammed up pieces to move down into the opening of the floater. This would still be okay except that sometimes you get a big wad and other times you get a bunch of little slivers, so the surface area of tablet exposed to the water can vary significantly depending on how the oblong tablets happened to have dissolved while stuck in the top of the floater.But the new ones still do the job despite the frustratingly inferior shape, so not that big of a deal I guess.

These tabs last (don’t dissolve quickly) and keep my hot tub balanced and clear better than other less expensive brands I’ve tried. Well worth the value. No noticeable odor. Perform great.

I'm glad someone in a Saluspa review mentioned to use this brand Leisure Time. I've never had a pool or spa in my life to know what to do with chemicals. Chemical balancing almost made me not buy an inflatable spa. I decided to go with a bromine setup. I admit I had to read the directions and explanation of how a bromine solution works multiple times, but I'm glad I did. Start with the Reserve & Renew mixed to the gallons you need, then use 2 bromine tablets in the floater which last for days. Leisure time made it easy! I was so happy day after day my test strips for the water came in right where they should. My swimsuit stayed nice with no damage from these. Thanks!
