These come in pretty handy when your 80/20 framing is already built and you want/need to add something. Eliminates the need to have to access an open end of an 80/20 piece. They seem solid and well made.

I bought some really nice t nuts on here and I am searching for them again sadly these were not it... fit loose in the aluminum, and the threads are quite rough. I would move on and search for another. Hopefully my second attempt at finding the others works better.
