Disclaimer: Not quite sure how this works as an exercise stepper as I bought it to heightened my cats food and water bowls.I went ahead and wrote a review as I thought my first impressions might be helpful to somebody. I can say that the step is extremely sturdy so I think it would probably hold up to rigorous exercise use. The gray extenders come packed underneath the stepper and you simply pull them off and reposition them in the corners. I did notice though that the rubber edges on the bottom of the stepper and each extender are not secured in place and fall off easily. I would suggest securing these with some type of rubber friendly glue.There was a workout DVD and a printed Aerobic step exercise guide with pictures of the exercises. Very useful for someone just starting out with a stepper. It comes with a 90 day limited warranty if the item should become defective.The level with extenders is great to hold pet food bowls at almost 6 inches. The food should be higher than the floor by several inches so that the pet (cat or dog) will have better digestion. This is not as high as some steppers I've actually used for exercise in the past, but I think at 6 inches it will get the job done.So if you need this for exercise, as a prop up for pet bowls, or even as a small step to reach items up a little high, then this is perfect. It appears to be made well and hopefully will last a long time.

I am disabled with two bad knees, two bad hips and a completely arthritic spine. My shower is built up on a platform and has become nearly impossible for me to step into and out of without risking a fall. This step is the perfect solution. The fact that it has a 4” and a 6” height is a plus. It is rugged and sturdy and the surface resists slipping even with wet bare feet. It makes me wish I could do step aerobics again just so I could use it as intended!

I like it but the feet don't stay secure in the bottom. When not using they are stored underneath but they tend to fall out when moving. Not a big deal but it would have been nicer if they snapped into place so they are secure.The surface size is good-just right for me. It's not too big to store, nor too small to use and step up on. (Years ago I had the original Jane Fonda workout step and it took up much more room with 3 separate levels and wider surface.) You have to check the length and width before buying. Some of the cheaper ones are barely large enough to get your foot on. The workout video that comes with this step is intense, but it's the same workout for beginning, intermediate or advanced. I did not care for the DVD, and Mia Finnegan made the workout extra hard which made it NO FUN at all. I felt she was trying to kill me, and going way too fast. I couldn't keep my balance going so fast.. I have ordered a separate aerobic step DVD by Gilad.

Stamina Aerobic Step is being used on a regular basis by a female who is under 5 feet tall and less than 100 lbs . In her words, "it's a Ten". Easy to move around, easy to use and easy to store. Sturdy, yet fairly light. The four removable risers stay put when unit is transported. Just the right size for home use. Price was very reasonable.

This is well made. I plan to use it for our RV, we had the axles flipped and we need an extra step from time to time. I used velcro to secure the four 2" tall height increasers. I plan to put a rope handle on one of the ends. Love how I can use them for different grades, not all sites are level. Bonus, if I get bored I can workout! We had to glue the rubber friction fit pads to the bottom of the board corners, they can come off. We are adding a stair grip tread to the top for no slip safety. Most RV steps cost $75+, and start at 6"+, this is perfect at 4" and 6"

I wanted a "stepper-thingy" to exercise at home, but didn't want an expensive step like the ones I use at the gym. It also has to be very strong, as I am very overweight. (Not "model" overweight (15 lbs), "real person" overweight!)This is extremely sturdy and stays in place. The price point is perfect, and you get a bonus DVD with a workout on it. It IS lower and somewhat smaller than the gym steppers and only converts from 4 to 6 inches - but that's just fine for home use. The 2" conversion pieces fit handily into slots under the step when not in use. Excellent product at a great price.

I was looking for a step for home - to create and practice choreography for classes. This one is smaller that a standard step, and not quite as stable. It works fine for my purposes, but if I want to do an all out step workout, it won't cut it.The smaller size is good for storage, though. And it's significantly less expensive than most other steps.

It is a very affordable step. It adjusts with 4 plastic feet that fit inside for storage and is very lightweight for transporting. I use it for many of my older clients to improve balance and leg strengthening. It seems fairly stable with straight edges that mimic street curbing rather than the rounded edges on some of the other steps that are available.It may be a little too light to use for full tilt step classes, but overall it's a great home training tool.

This step is awesome! I actually bought it to elevate me at work and, I'm not very delicate. I must spend at least 35 hours a week climbing up and down on this step and it's like new. It's also very sturdy, therefore, I feel secure working with sharp objects and my step lies on a ceramic floor! I would recommend this article.
